XDS in the Netherlands

In recent months we have been asked many times which hospitals in the Netherlands use IHE XDS/XCA to share and exchange health information. Despite earlier efforts done for specific health information exchange use-cases such as www.oncologienetwerken.nl, no complete overview exists.

Today we are launching a new (OpenStreet)Map showing all connections between Dutch care healthcare providers that use an XDS-based infrastructure, and the connections among them.

After opening the map you'll see a side menu that includes a "layer" icon. When selected it shows a "Data browser". To see the connections of a hospital click the "eye" icon in front of its name.

To increase visibility you may deselect "Zorginstelling" after selecting one or more hospitals.
